(1) may recommend self-registration or registration (as above are accompanied by information on the recommended person)
(2) Registration information:
1 person recommended with the application form, and the reasons for person to be recommended a sentence or a paragraph (300 words or more, or write 600 word manuscript)
[Recommended] for selection of personal data entry form, mood stories (1500 words), pathological evidence of life according to (at least four), and volunteer service programs and other information.
Presentee qualifications:
(1) the treatment or the rehabilitation of cancer patients
(2) any type of cancer can be, but need information on the pathological evidence.
Submission: Please get ready before 30th of November and the referees who recommended information to the “Malaysian Anti-Cancer Crusader selection committee” application (backup your own manuscript, submission manuscripts and photographs will not be returned), sent as follows:

Selection Methods:
(1) First stage: the integrity of the information to the main submission.
(2) The second stage: the recommended person to survive the positive degree, the concept of accuracy, helping mobility, inspiring stories and references such as the scoring criteria.
(3) Third stage: someone visits, selected by the judging panel reviewed 5 anti-cancer crusader.
Selected the Rights and Obligations:
(1) election of the anti-cancer crusader each RM1000 available anticancer incentives, a total of five.
(2) publicity attending the press conference, and cancer fighter ceremony.
(3) All documents authorized in this submission will use, reproduce, and special reports as anti-cancer propaganda content.
(4) to allow time in the coming year with the Foundation’s public participation in anti-cancer activity.
(5) shall not misuse the name of anti-cancer crusader personal interest activities, such as causing substantial damage to the reputation or the Association, this will be cause to cancel the title of anti-cancer crusader and anti-cancer recovery incentives, and legal liability.
All we know “Cancer” has been re-elected the people leading cause of death, and there is increasing trend, but with advances in medical technology, cancer treatment has been greatly improved, and as long as regular screening, early detection of treatment can improve survival in patients . To avoiding fear mentality, and to encourage all cancer patients to stand up to cancer, active treatment. This is the second time Malaysian Anti-Cancer Association has its proud, this year will hold “2013-2014 selection of anti-cancer crusader” campaign, to find optimism and positive anti-cancer people, to share cancer history and cancer treatments, to let friends inspire more brave cancer,and to fight cancer.We sought Malaysia’s anti-cancer fighter, if there are qualified candidates side, you must be generous recommended him (her) or self-registration, along with the anti-cancer crusader site, come on! Introduction To Chung Hua Institute of Chinese Medicine

Chung Hua Institute of Chinese Medicine is approved by the Ministry of Education Malaysia, it was established in 1998, enrollment in TCM Internal Medicine, acupuncture, Orthopedics, massage, herbal medicine and short-term classes, Chinese three-year vocational course, four-year / five-year undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses (Co-operate with the China TCM University), not limited to age, race and education, correspondence or face to face are all avaliable. Welcome to apply!
1. each year two semester, six months per semester, each class 2 or 3 hours, 1 to 3 classes (time arranged by the teacher).
2. per semester tuition RM RM3800, correspondence courses 30% discount, registration fee RM RM200 (all fees will not be returnable).
3. Face to face at least five students, correspondence courses without restriction.
4. Malaysian native students will 30% discount.
5. Welcome to apply for work-study or work-study eligible students.
6. Enrollment, regardless of race, education, age, gender, face to face shortage of students will automatically be converted to correspondence courses to continue studying.
7. overseas / foreign students enrollment at least 20 people may apply on the local course, those not fluent in Chinese may participate in classes taught in English.

10. graduate students may recommend further studies to China or West Malaysia.

Malaysian Anti-Cancer Association (MACA) will be Malaysia’s most famous cancer organizations, free of charge to cancer patients and their relatives to provide comprehensive information and professional support to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families so that they will not be lonely the face of cancer.
Malaysian Anti-Cancer Association is completely a non-profit organization, we are a charity body.
Our service purpose: “Care for life, integrated medicine work together, for anti-cancer” as the goal.
Background

Malaysian Anti-Cancer Association in May 2011 approved by the Malaysian Registrar of Societies, by the founder Prof. Dr. C.C.Wong and several of anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine experts formed to cancer patients in Malaysia to provide quality support services to ensure patients do not to face cancer alone.

Initially, we only provide free cancer information and support, then gradually extended to different areas, comprehensive care to cancer patients and their families need.

We will set up a charitable foundation of cancer and cancer recovery club, and establish branches at all cities and towns across the country; Our services include: organizing public education activities to support cancer research, home care services, assisted therapy programs, psychological counseling, assistance in patients with medical expenses, so that patients and their families will live more better.

Malaysia found that 30 000 annual new cases of cancer, the most commonly diagnosed male cancer in Malaysia include colorectal cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, stomach, larynx and liver cancer; as compared to female patients with breast, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, uterine cancer, leukemia and lung cancer.

Prof. Dr. C.C.Wong is the first person in East Malaysia to obtain an acupuncture and oncology clinical doctorate degree from China’s Guangzhou TCM University. The same time also the first person to obtain a number of China TCM University awarded honorary professor and visiting professor. He enthusiastic about Chinese Medicine, he welcome people to join the ranks of traditional Chinese medicine to learn traditional Chinese medicine, he also called on all the Chinese Physicians in Malaysia must united togather, All efforts to carry forward traditional Chinese medicine development in Malaysia, for the benefit of the people and leading progress to the International as well.Prof. Dr. C.C.Wong has edited six medical books, including:

Dr. Wong also has written more than twenty medical papers published at local and abroad. Dr. Wong was specialised in Chinese Medical treatment of cancer or tumors. Dr. Wong also invented anti-cancer herbal tea and cancer star series, the clinical results significantly. Dr. Wong tumor knowledge learned from Beijing Guang An Men Hospital’s Prof She Guiqing and Prof Pui Binkui, and Prof Zhou Daihang, Prof Chen RuiSeng, Prof Li Yonghao,Prof Lin Li Chu of Guangzhou TCM University.
Dr. Wong also proficient in acupuncture, he has been to the Shanghai TCM University and Nanjing TCM University which World Health Organization (WHO)-organized International Acupuncture training course has passed the examination. Dr. Wong acupuncture studied with Beijing TCM University Professor Tian Conggu, Professor Zhao Canghuan of Jinan University, Guangzhou TCM University Professor Rui Jin ,Prof Li Xing Zhuang,Prof Li Wanyao, Prof Chai Tiequ and Professor Chen Xinghua.

Dr. Wong has studied at the National Taiwan University, Kirk University of Ireland, the Capital of the School of Medicine, College of Ren Ai, Jiangxi Medical College, Fujian Medical College, Zhejiang Medical College, Xiamen University, Guangzhou TCM University, Beijing Institute of Acupuncture Orthopedics, Beijing Luo Youming Beijing Guangming Chinese Medicine University, received undergraduate diploma, diploma, bachelor and master’s degree.
Dr. Wong has also practiced in Beijing Asian Games Village Hospital, Beijing Wang Jing Hospital, Beijing Guang An Men Hospital, Beijing Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital, Beijing Eastern Hospital, Beijing Great Wall Hospital, Xiamen Hospital, Fujian State Medical Center, Provincial Hospital of Nanchang, Nanjing Provincial Hospital and Provincial Hospital of Hangzhou, obtained clinical certificate more than thirty sheets, He was full rich in clinical, unique prescription, he loves the study of traditional Chinese medicine can be described as the first man in Malaysia.
